    Before you write to us, check whether your question is answered here. Most queries are resolved before you even press “send”.

    How do I change or cancel my booking?

    Your confirmation email contains a direct link to change or cancel your booking. If you have lost the email, send us a WhatsApp message with your name and booking date and we will take care of it straight away.

    Are there vegetarian, gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?

    We cater for different intolerances, allergies and dietary needs. Write to us before your visit and mention them again when you arrive at your table, so we can make sure your meal is prepared appropriately.

    Can I book a table for a large group?

    For up to 12 people, book online at oven.es/reserva. Instant booking, without waiting.
    For more than 12 people, send us a request on WhatsApp or through the form, stating the restaurant, date and number of guests. We will reply within 24 hours. We also offer set group menus tailored to each celebration.

    I would like to arrange a surprise during my visit to ÔVEN. How can I organise it?

    Yes. We help arrange birthdays, anniversaries, marriage proposals and bespoke surprises. Message us on WhatsApp or call the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance to tell us what you have in mind. We will do our best to make your visit unforgettable.

    Do you host private events?

    Yes. At several ÔVEN restaurants you can book the entire venue or a separate area for exclusive use:
    - Preciados: up to 60 guests
    - Las Tablas and Fuencarral: 80+ guests
    - Bernabéu: up to 100 guests
    Event menus from €35 per person. Request a quote, stating the restaurant, date and type of event you would like to organise with us.

    Do you offer delivery or takeaway?

    Yes. We offer our own delivery service from your nearest ÔVEN. If you prefer to collect, takeaway is available at all 9 restaurants without booking in advance. You can order directly here.

    How do I redeem a gift card or voucher?

    ÔVEN and Grupo ConFuego gift cards can be redeemed directly at the restaurant. Simply show the code to your waiter when asking for the bill.

    I left something at the restaurant. What should I do?

    Send us a WhatsApp message as soon as possible, stating the restaurant, the date and approximate time of your visit, and the item you are looking for. We keep lost property for 30 days.
