Event menus are tailored to your needs. The final price depends on the restaurant, number of guests, format (seated, cocktail-style or mixed) and optional extras such as a premium wine selection, personalised desserts or additional AV equipment.

Yes. We issue invoices with an itemised VAT breakdown and all the tax details you need. Payment within 30 days is available subject to approval. Simply provide your billing details when confirming the event.

To secure your preferred restaurant and date, we recommend booking 1 month ahead. For large events of 60 or more guests, Christmas dinners or special dates such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, allow 1–2 months. For urgent requests, call us directly and we will do our best to help.

To confirm a private event, we require a deposit towards the quoted price. Cancellation is free up to [Y] days before the event. After that, the deposit is deducted as specified in the proposal. All terms are provided in writing before payment is taken.

Yes. We organise company Christmas dinners, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays and other special occasions. For Christmas, we recommend confirming your date before November, as the final two months of the year fill up fastest.

Your own decorations: yes — flowers, personalised table linen, a photo backdrop or gifts. Let us know beforehand so we can coordinate the setup.
Outside catering: no. ÔVEN provides the food for every event. We can arrange special desserts, including decorated cakes, personalised messages or a sweet table, on request.
