Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about the club.

How much does it cost to join Club ConFuego?

Joining Club ConFuego is completely free. Simply register and you will receive an email to download your digital loyalty card. From that moment, you start earning real money back (cashback) to spend at any Grupo ConFuego restaurant or brand.

How do I earn credit and check my balance?

Earning credit is easy: show your QR code to your waiter before paying. Once scanned, your cashback is added automatically. Check your available balance on your Club ConFuego digital card, which you can save in your phone’s wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), just like a credit card or boarding pass.

Which restaurants accept my wallet?

You can earn and redeem your balance at every Grupo ConFuego brand and restaurant (ÔVEN, Steakburger, Superchulo, Pizzart…), including all ÔVEN restaurants in Madrid and Murcia.

How do I work my way up to Fuego?

Club ConFuego has three tiers: Chispa, Llama and Fuego. You move from Chispa to Llama when your total spend reaches €200, and from Llama to Fuego when it reaches €300. The full value of the bills from all your visits counts: the more you enjoy, the more cashback you earn, up to 10% at Fuego level.

Does my accumulated balance expire?

No, your balance currently has no expiry date: the money you earn in Club ConFuego remains available to spend whenever you like. If a balance reset were introduced in future, we would notify all club members by email in advance.
